About these terms

These terms govern use of the Template Goblin website. When sales begin, they will also apply to purchases made directly from Template Goblin unless a product listing or checkout provider supplies additional terms. If a marketplace’s mandatory terms conflict with these terms for a marketplace purchase, the mandatory marketplace terms control that transaction.

Product information and payment

Future product pages will describe the included files, supported formats, compatibility requirements, price, and license scope. Customers are responsible for reviewing that information before purchase and for providing an accurate delivery email. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.

Payments will be processed by the provider identified at checkout. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation and electronic delivery or access is made available.

Digital-product license

A purchase provides a license to use the digital product; it does not transfer ownership of the product’s copyright or source materials. The exact license—such as personal use or a stated commercial use—will appear in the applicable listing or included license file.

Unless a listing expressly permits it, customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, upload for others to download, or claim the purchased files or substantially unchanged derivatives as their own product. Ordinary backup copies for the licensed user are allowed.

Acceptable website use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Support, delivery, and refunds

Digital delivery and refund eligibility are described in the Delivery & refunds policy. Product support covers reasonable help with delivery and advertised functionality. It does not include unrelated consulting, device administration, custom development, or support for software not identified as compatible.

Accuracy and responsible use

We aim to make products accurate and useful, but templates and tools cannot account for every situation. They do not replace professional legal, tax, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions that matter to their circumstances.

Any product-specific limitations or care language shown in a listing or included file form part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in the applicable listing. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported software, unauthorized modification, failure to maintain backups, or use outside the documented purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update this website and these terms as the storefront develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
