Delivery & refunds

Digital products only

Template Goblin sells downloadable digital goods such as templates, spreadsheets, planners, documents, and small digital tools. No physical item will be shipped. Product listings will identify the included files, formats, compatibility requirements, and any access instructions before purchase.

Electronic delivery

After a payment is confirmed, the checkout provider will make the purchased files or access instructions available electronically, typically on the confirmation page or through a delivery email. Delivery timing and method will be shown at checkout.

If a delivery message does not arrive, check the spam or promotions folder and verify the email used at checkout. Then contact templategoblin@gmail.com with the order date, checkout email, and product name. Do not email payment-card details or passwords.

Refund eligibility

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after a file or access link has been delivered or accessed. We will review a refund or replacement request when:

• the same product was purchased twice by mistake;
• the delivered files are materially different from the product description;
• a technical defect prevents the product from working as described and we cannot provide a reasonable fix or replacement; or
• delivery failed and we cannot provide access.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include the order identifier and a concise description of the problem. We may ask for a screenshot or basic device/software details needed to reproduce a technical issue.

How requests are handled

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and remain subject to the payment provider’s processing time. Where a product was purchased through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s refund process and any mandatory marketplace terms also apply.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.
